If you want to delete your account and all associated data (products, orders, profile information), please follow these steps:

Steps to request deletion:

1. Send an email to our support team at: support@skraber.com
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request – Skrabni Vendor
3. Include the following information in your email:

1. Full Name
2. Phone Number
3. Email used in the app
4. Your Vendor Shop Name
5. Reason for deletion (optional)

What happens after your request:

1. Your account will be verified to confirm your identity.
2. All your data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
3. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is completed.
4. This deletion cannot be undone.

🇦🇪 كيفية حذف حسابك في تطبيق Skrabni Vendor

إذا كنت ترغب في حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به (المنتجات، الطلبات، معلومات الملف الشخصي)، يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:

خطوات تقديم طلب الحذف:

1. إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى فريق الدعم على: support@skraber.com
2. ضع في عنوان الرسالة: طلب حذف الحساب – Skrabni Vendor
3. اذكر المعلومات التالية داخل البريد:

1. الاسم الكامل
2. رقم الهاتف
3. البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم في التطبيق
4. اسم المتجر
5. سبب الحذف (اختياري)

ماذا يحدث بعد إرسال الطلب؟

1. سيتم التحقق من هويتك للتأكيد.
2. سيتم حذف جميع بياناتك بشكل نهائي خلال 7 أيام.
3. ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عند اكتمال الحذف.
4. لا يمكن التراجع عن عملية الحذف.
